Founder

Dr Mohamed Toure

Founder & Principal

Dr. Mohamed Toure is a cybersecurity policy and governance expert with extensive experience in strategic advisory, research, technology leadership, and capacity building across Africa and internationally. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology–Cybersecurity and an MBA in International Business. His doctoral dissertation, titled The Malabo Convention to Improve Cybersecurity in Africa, was a qualitative study examining cybersecurity governance in Africa, the continent’s digital sovereignty, and the institutional and operational challenges African nations face in implementing adopted cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
